About

Dani Navarro is an illustrator and graphic designer with a BFA in Illustration from the University of East Carolina. He currently lives in Chapel Hill, NC, where he grew up around the bustling University of North Carolina campus as a third-culture kid. His work is inspired by an upbringing surrounded by all walks of life and cultures, and the humanity that ties us all together.

Up until recently, Dani was an intern for Positive Masculinity Now, a nonprofit focused on helping people embrace masculinity in healthy, emotionally intelligent ways, with an emphasis on the queer experience. During his time there, he was able to grow as a designer and a team player as he navigated working with a creative team to design posters, flyers, blog posts, and other types of digital and printed media.

By day, Dani is a barista at a local boba shop. By night, he works as a freelancer, working with clients locally and abroad! His work features playful colors and expressive hand-drawn typography!
